"If we stick to its strictest definition, the supernatural is the set of experiences that are beyond the scope of our normal scientific understanding. With this body of “knowledge” being based on an entirely observational method, it’s easy to convene that this definition of the supernatural is a contradiction: either a phenomena is observable, therefore joining the rest of our scientific knowledge, either it is not and there is no need to explain it.
A more painstaking approach would split the supernatural into two categories:
- All that can easily be explained although not observed or measured. Those are the events that are tailored to our understanding and, ultimately, that are a product of our collective imagination. The ghosts and UFOs of this world...
- All the phenomena and events that we can observe but that exist in a state of contradiction, not only all that we thought we knew about the world around us, but also what challenges our own imagination. Baffling but very real.
Each of these five tracks brings to mind one of those inconceivable observations. How better to paint a picture of what’s beyond our understanding than music? It’s a vessel that expresses itself without concepts and that communicates without words. It reveals what is beyond language.
These five scenes are an invitation to dive into the depths of matter: where shapes fade away and outlines disappear. Time and space coil. Notes take on colors, rhythms permeate bodies and finally, by abandoning our quest for meaning, we pay witness to the elegance of the void."

Only couple seconds of listening are enough to know that you are dealing with high quality productions, but of course not enough to enjoy the full wonderful spectrum of these masterpieces (I wished that Eyah, in particular, was a never ending journey!) Amazing. Cédric Finkbeiner
